Who we serve:
REACT Initiative, Inc. has partnered with a La Maison Eveil, a school
in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso to support the educational and
communicative needs of the students and their families.
What we do:
We provide speech and language services, parent support, and
teacher support, for individuals and organizations overseas. Those we serve might not otherwise have access to specialized services. We are always looking for committed educators, speech-language pathologists (SLPs), graduate student clinicians, and speech-language pathology assistants (SLPAs).
Earn clinical hours:
Volunteering with REACTservice is a great way for SLPAs and graduate clinicians to earn clinical hours toward certification or graduation. We strongly encourage you to explore supervisory options in your professional network, but REACT can also assist with finding supervising SLPs to guide plan development and service delivery.
Have it your way:
For our licensed SLPs, you can contribute by supervising SLPAs and/or graduate clinicians, or by providing direct services to our clients. We ask that volunteers serve a minimum of one hour per month, but they are welcome to commit to as many hours as you like during a week/month.
It's all free...every last part:
REACT Initiative, Inc. does not receive any payment for the services being provided. There are no fees associated with the services we provide for our volunteers, supervisors, or clients.
Interested in donating service toward this mission? Take a moment to complete the volunteer application form and we will be in touch. Thank you for considering giving through REACT Initiative, Inc.
